Donna Evette Manson, 45, is charged with two counts of child abuse or neglected, child cruelty, aggravated malicious wounding, shoot, stab, cut or wound, kidnapping and failure to seek medical attention.

City spokeswoman Diana Klink said the charges are related to alleged incidents that occurred from Sept. 1 to Oct. 10, 2013, when she lived in the 6000 block of Bradford Drive. The child was immediately removed from her care at the time of the investigation, Klink added.
