Willie “Tim” Timothy Brinkley, 72, of Windsor, died on May 4, 2014.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, with the Rev. William Hall officiating.
