Daisey Lee Hodges, 85, formerly of Blythewood Lane, died on Monday, June 16, 2014, while at Nansemond Pointe Nursing Home. A visitation will take place on Friday at the funeral home from noon to 6 p.m., and the family will receive guests from 6 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Saturday at noon at St. Timothy Baptist Church, and she will be laid to rest at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery.
