Old Dominion Aquatic Club swim team tryouts will take place on select dates over the summer at YMCA Camp Arrowhead on 275 Kenyon Road.

The free tryouts for youths will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on July 14-17, 21-24 and 28-31. Additional sessions will be held Aug. 25-27 and Sept. 1-4.

A tryout lasts about 20-30 minutes for any individual swimmer. Assessments of swimmers are based on skill level displayed rather than speed.

Swimmers should bring a suit, goggles and a towel.

ODAC team registration packets will be available for parents, and an ODAC team representative will be on hand to answer questions.

If making one of the scheduled tryout dates is not possible, contact the ODAC office at 471-1828 to schedule an individual tryout.
