A single-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 58 had both westbound lanes closed for about an hour on Thursday afternoon.

The wreck in the 3700 block did not injure the female driver, according to a city news release, even though the vehicle flipped onto its roof and caught fire.

It happened at 6 p.m. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
