Bridge Road was closed for several hours on Wednesday as crews clean up a two-car accident.

The accident happened at 2:18 p.m. in the 1800 block of Bridge Road. It involved a passenger vehicle and a city dump truck.

All occupants of the vehicles reported minor injuries and were transported to Riverside Regional Medical Center, a city news release said.

The roadway was completely closed for a period of time. The accident remains under investigation.
