Ronald Daughtrey is a lifetime member of Beaver Dam, where he serves as chairman of the trustees.
Perkins has been a member of Troop 37 for six years and is now an assistant Scoutmaster after having served in various leadership capacities with the troop.
Perkins’ sons, Gerald and Gunther, both members of Troop 37, joined his daughter, Gabriel, a member of Venture Crew 1737, to assist in the presentation.
