Gloria Kaye Mitchell Barnette, 72, of Windsor, died on July 19, 2014. A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 24, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Pastor Tim Simmons, Lt. Col. Peter Hofman and Angeline Hofman officiating. Interment will follow at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery.
