Donald Eugene Phippins, 64, of Windsor, died Aug. 1, 2014.

A funeral will be held Monday, August 4, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, with the Rev. Mike Griffin officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
