A Suffolk man was arrested Friday on charges stemming from a search warrant police executed in the 200 block of Capital Street.

Isah Artis, 68, is charged with illegal sale of alcoholic beverages in relation to an incident from May 2, city spokesman Tim Kelley said.

Police executed a search warrant related to the sale of alcohol without a license, purchase of alcoholic beverages from a person not authorized to sell, and maintaining a common nuisance.
