The grand jury on Wednesday handed down 95 indictments to 38 defendants.

• Jarvis McCray Boone — attempted malicious wounding; use of firearm in commission of a felony
• Anthony Lee Brown — rape by force, threat or intimidation; sodomy by force or mental incapacitation
• Natesha Lashay Cheeks — conspiracy to commit burglary; grand larceny; conspiracy to commit a felony; statutory burglary
• Ebony Colbert — failure to return bailed property
• Cody Stephenson Conwell — hit and run with property damage, more than $1,000
• Michael Tyrone Copeland — robbery of residence
• Xavier Michael Creekmore — attempted obtaining money or property by false pretenses; uttering; forgery
• Marlon Lewis Daye — falsify firearm purchase form; attempt to purchase firearm by convicted felon
• James Michael Duncan Jr. — robbery of residence; malicious wounding; shoot, stab, cut or wound
• Angel Lee Flowers — drive while intoxicated after felony DWI conviction; elude police officer with endangerment
• Jason Russell Harrell — failure to appear on felony charge
• Kelvin Dennard Harris — receive stolen firearm
• Kristie Nicole Harrison — failure to appear
• Aaron Lee Hartley — obtain money or property by false pretense
• James Matthew Hawk — drive while habitual offender, subsequent offense (2 counts)

• Orlando Sharod Lewis — robbery of residence
• Monique Marshall — malicious wounding
• Antoinette McMillian — embezzlement; conspiracy to commit larceny; larceny with intent to sell or distribute
