Three people who were at the Suffolk Family YMCA on Godwin Boulevard on Wednesday morning had their cars vandalized and items stolen.

The victims arrived at the YMCA soon after it opened, 5 a.m. When they left, they found the windows of their vehicles had been broken and personal items were missing from inside the vehicles, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

The Taylor Bend YMCA in Chesapeake received three similar reports on Tuesday, Chesapeake Police spokeswoman Kelly O’Sullivan said.
