Courthouse reopened after bomb threat

The Godwin Courts Building was closed for four hours on Thursday after a bomb threat, according to a city spokeswoman.
The threat was received at 9:50 a.m., according to a city news release. The building was evacuated, and the blocks bordering the courthouse and its parking lot were closed as they investigation was under way.
The building reopened at 2 p.m.
