Bulldogs trip, then roll over Bruins

The King’s Fork High School boys’ volleyball team was edged out in the first set by host Western Branch High School on Thursday, but then the Bulldogs took charge. They won 25-27, 25-15, 25-12, 25-15.
King’s Fork senior Brandon Hall recorded 14 kills and two aces, junior Deshaun Wilson produced eight kills and four blocks, senior Aireon Leary registered four kills and five aces, Chris Roscoe added four kills and four blocks and senior Cal Bailey had 24 assists.
The Bulldogs (8-6, 2-0) begin the bulk of their Ironclad Conference schedule on Tuesday when they host Phoebus High School.
