Suffolk police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted on two counts of carnal knowledge of a minor.

Deandre Rayfel Artis, 21, of the 300 block of Jackson Street, is described as a black male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 280 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
