Luther Elder Jr., 77, of 325 Forest Pine Road, Franklin, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014, at Morning Star Baptist Church. The eulogist will be the Rev. Raphael Elliott, and it will be officiated by the Rev. Jennie Boykins. Interment will be in Morning Star Church Cemetery.
