Durman Nelson Jones entered into eternal rest the evening of Nov. 7, 2014, in Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk.

He was born to the late Edward and Corine Russell Jones. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Renee Cuffey, and two brothers, Howard and Herman Jones. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Clarine Rawles Jones, and devoted son, Darrell Durand Jones, of Suffolk.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014, at Laurel Hill UCC, 8001 S. Quay Road, Suffolk, VA 23437. A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014, at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth.
