Joseph Leon Faulk, 64, of 3708 Mariner Ave., Portsmouth, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at noon, Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at Piney Grove Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. Ramon Little. Interment will be in Albert G.
