Former Smithfield High School student Bria Kelly has been booked to sing the national anthem to open a game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys, her father Bob Kelly says.
Bria Kelly will sing this Sunday during an Eagles home game at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, an honor she last performed for the football team in 2007 when she was 11, after winning a national contest. The game will be broadcast on NBC.
Kelly made her hometown proud earlier this year when she was named a top-10 finalist in the sixth season of NBC’s “The Voice.” She has also been in the running, in 2012, for “America’s Got Talent.”
