Timothy Braxton Howell, 22, of 3801 Pecan St., Portsmouth, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at Holy Trinity Church No. 1, 3611 Thorne Ave., Portsmouth, Associate Bishop Larry R. Hailes, eulogist.
