Bulldogs fall in overtime

The King’s Fork High School boys’ basketball team had its four-game win streak snapped on Friday after it fell narrowly to host Deep Creek High School in overtime. The Hornets won 70-67.
Bulldogs junior forward Keith Stagg led his team with 22 points, junior center Chris Roscoe added 11 points and freshman guard Rontre Pope had nine.
King’s Fork (5-3, 2-0) hosts Smithfield High School on Tuesday at 8 p.m. as part of the King’s Fork High School Christmas Tournament.
