Joseph H. Copeland died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at noon, Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center, Nansemond Parkway, Suffolk, officiated by the Rev. Trevon Boone.
