The Mills E. Godwin Court Complex will remain closed Wednesday due to a power outage, according to the city of Suffolk.

City spokesman Tim Kelley earlier Wednesday stated Dominion Virginia Power and city staff are “on the scene assessing the situation and working to restore power to the site.”

Sixteen minutes later, Kelley updated that the courthouse at 150 Main St. would remain closed for the day, and is scheduled to reopen Monday following the New Year’s holiday.
