Catherine Lorraine Frier, 62, of Remus Lane, Suffolk, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was a native of Zuni and the daughter of the late Percell Moore Sr. and Emma Moore.

She retired as a daycare provider in her home after more than 30 years. She was a former member of Grove Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 42 years, Howard Frier; two daughters, Michelle Frier of Clinton, Md., and Robin Frier of Suffolk; one son, Howard Frier Jr. of Tallinn, Estonia in Europe; one sister, Jacqueline Moore Russell (Robert) of Hampton; one brother, Percell Moore Jr. of Key West, Fla.; three grandchildren, Tyona and Tenijah Boone of Suffolk and Kayla Jade Frier of Tallinn, Estonia; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral will be held at noon, Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at Oak Grove Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Anthony Copeland, pastor, and the Rev. Travis Copeland. Interment will be in Morning Star Church Cemetery, Windsor.
