Mary L. Riddick, 79, of the 700 block of Ashley Avenue, died on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, while at Sentara Obici Hospital. Ms. Riddick will be on view Friday from noon to 5 p.m., and the family will greet guests from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday at United Full Gospel Revival Center, and she will be laid to rest in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
