Police are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect who broke into a vehicle on Brewer Avenue last month.

An unknown suspect wearing a black hoodie, black jacket, blue jeans and white gloves was caught by the victim’s home surveillance going through the victim’s truck about 4:15 a.m. on Jan. 20. The lost items totaled $500 and included a GPS unit, sunglasses and a cellphone charger.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
