SUFFOLK — Ernestine G. Hyatt, 89, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015.  She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth Gardner. She was also predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Hyatt Sr.

Ernestine was a member of Oxford Methodist Church and retired from Lakeview Medical Center in 1990.

Survivors include a son, Thomas Hyatt Jr. and wife, Wanda; daughter, Carol Routten and husband, Rick; grandchildren, Jeff Hyatt and wife, Suzanne, Morgan McHugh and husband, Tom, and Kyle Davis; great-grandchildren, Troy Hyatt and Bonnie McHugh.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Glenn Riggs officiating at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk.
