Jordan Andrew Hyatt, 25, of Corapeake, is charged with entering property of another for the purpose of damaging it, destruction of property and trespassing. The incident is still under investigation, and additional charges are pending.

The church also had three air-conditioning units stolen last month. Pastor Win Anderson said then that the church has “forgiven the thieves and would like to invite them to any of our services, where we will be sure to introduce them to something better than a life on the run.” He said the church stepped up its security measures after that theft.
