Albert Randolph Scott Sr., 72, died on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. A visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2015, at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at noon on Monday, March 9, 2015, at St. Paul RZUA Church, and he will be laid rest at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
