The bus was traveling to King’s Fork High School.

Police located and arrested Seth Orlando Copeland, 57, after the students provided a description.

The students were between 14 and 16 years of age, and Copeland was charged with six counts of indecent exposure, based on the number of students on the bus, and two counts of indecent liberties with a child, based on the age of two of the students.

Copeland is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
