Eloise B. Winegan, 74, of Chesapeake, died Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at Pointe Harbor Community Church, 2705 Taylor Road. Interment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
