Hall completes course

Chief Warrant Officer Five Christopher Hall recently completed the Army Signal Pre-Command Course and the Cyberspace 300 course at Fort Gordon, Ga.

The objective of the training is to provide assistance during preparation for Brigade or Battalion Command, Cyberspace Program Management, Network Enterprise Center Management, and Command Chief Warrant Officers tapped for senior level jobs impacting the signal and cyber communities within the U.S. Army. Completion of the course allows consideration for top-level positions at the Pentagon in 2015. Hall has been a communicator with the Army since 1983.

“There are lots of jobs in the military nowadays for anyone interested in becoming a signal/cyber soldier,” Hall wrote. “Cyberspace touches nearly every part of our daily lives to include our schools, hospitals and businesses. We must continue to secure our cyberspace to ensure we continue to grow as a nation and protect our way of life.”

Hall is currently serving as the Senior Signal Warrant Officer and Proponent Manager at the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, Ga. He is a 1983 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and the son of the Rev. Bailey and Daisie Hall of Suffolk.
