Knights shut out Friends

The Suffolk Christian Academy baseball team turned out to be even sharper on the road on Tuesday.
After opening the season on March 10 with a 12-1 victory over visiting Williamsburg Christian Academy, the Knights traveled to play Virginia Beach Friends School and won 11-0.
Junior Shawn Moose threw a complete game two-hitter, with 15 strikeouts. He also went 3-for-4 at the plate, with three runs scored.
SCA sophomore Joel Blasiole went 2-for-3 with three runs batted in, sophomore Jon Joslin went 3-for-4 with an RBI and freshman Trevor Heath went 2-for-2 with two RBIs.
Suffolk Christian (2-0, 1-0) hits the road to face Peninsula Catholic High School this afternoon.
