Third arrest made in killing

A third suspect has been arrested in the murder of a Portsmouth man found in a North Suffolk lake earlier this month.
Nathaniel C. McCoy Jr., 21, of Portsmouth, was arrested in Michigan on Saturday, according to a city press release. He is charged with first-degree murder; shoot, stab, cut or wound; and conspiracy to commit a felony. He is awaiting extradition from Michigan, according to the release.
Donta L. Williams, 22, was last seen by his family Jan. 20. His body was found in a lake in the 100 block of Lakeview Parkway on March 9.
Two other men were arrested last week.
Kyle Lamar Purvis, 21, of Portsmouth, and Tremayne L. Johnson, 25, of Suffolk, each are charged with first-degree murder; shoot, stab, cut or wound; and conspiracy to commit a felony.
