Members of the World Class Gymnastics Level 8, 9 and 10 teams qualified for regional competitions with good performances during the Virginia State Meet on March 28 and 29 in Virginia Beach.

Individual and team results were as follows:

Level 10

Ages 18 and up: Tyra Kinloch-Bailey, 2T vault 9.5, 2nd beam 9.35, 2nd floor 9.6, 2nd AA 37.0

Age 17: Jamie Stone, 1st vault 9.7, 1st bars 9.475, 1st beam 9.575, 1st floor 9.7, 1st AA 38.45

Age 16: Natori Robinson, 3rd vault 9.55, 3rd bars 9.525, 3rd AA 37.55

All Level 10 team members qualified for regionals.

Level 10 took first-place team with a score of 114.375 to Excalibur’s second-place of 114.35.
