James Ralph Collins, 87, of Suffolk, died April 15, 2015. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Drew Mountcastle officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
