Ruth Edna Barrett, 98, formerly of Franklin, died on April 16, 2015. A viewing will take place at 10 a.m., and a home going service will take place at noon on Friday, April 24, 2015, at the chapel of T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home Inc. She will be laid to rest at Mt.
