Hazel Isabelle Weaver Payne, 85, died May 7, 2015. A celebration of life service will be held at CrossPointe Free Will Baptist Church, 2460 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434 on Friday, May 15, 2015, at 11 a.m. with Pastor David Sexton officiating.
