Louise Harris Bradshaw, 87, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Vivian and Ray C. Harris and the wife of the late N. Herman Bradshaw Jr.

Louise was an active member of Liberty Spring Christian Church, where she had been active in the Home Demonstration Club and the Friendley Circle. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Driver 149 and the Liberty Spring Senior Citizen Club. Louise worked as a clerk for the telephone company and was in the Telephone Pioneers Club.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Glenda B. Smith and husband, Earl, of Suffolk; sister, Flossie Fowler and husband, David, of Suffolk; and several nieces and nephews and their families.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Spring Christian Church, 4213 Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk VA 23434, by the Rev. Allen Lancaster and the Rev. Scott Shields, with burial following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 9, 2015, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the R.W. Baker Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk.
