Richard Edward Wheeler, of 219 Prospect Road, Suffolk, died on June 11, 2015.

A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Harris Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Christopher and Audrey Copeland, 130 Cove Point Drive, Suffolk.
