Margaret Milan Higgs, a native of Chesapeake, died in Norfolk Healthcare Center on June 21, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 125 County St., officiated by Dr. Robert Hobbs. She will be laid to rest at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Professional services are entrusted to Graves Funeral Home.
