Tracy Anita Cutler Elam, 47, died on Sunday, June 28, 2015. A visitation will take place from 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at St. Paul R.Z.U.A. Church, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
