Thomasina Louise Houk, 41, passed away Sept. 5, 2015. She was born in Suffolk, the daughter of the late Emmett T. and Rose A. Umphlett. Thomasina is survived by her daughter, Sheyenne Whaley; son, Shane-Michael Houk; grandson, Emmett Zackari Branch; sister, Lois Marie Darden and husband, Lin; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins; and special friends, MoJo, Tracey and Angie.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Charles Worth officiating. Friends may join the family Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
