Shirley Twiddy Watts, 76, of Suffolk, died Sept. 10, 2015. A funeral will be held Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev.
