Rural “RL” Lee Walker 83, of Windsor, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, at his residence. A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, at Shiloh Baptist Church. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 22, at Mt. Olive Holiness Church in Windsor from 5 to 8 p.m. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home.
