Police have released surveillance photos of a man who robbed a local convenience store while wearing a “Scream” mask.

The armed robbery happened Oct. 9 about 11:22 a.m. at the Holiday Food Store in the 1400 block of Holland Road. The clerk said a black man wearing a “Scream” style mask and armed with a handgun entered the store and demanded money. He fled in a small green vehicle, according to a city press release. No one was injured.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
