Fannie Rebecca Ruffin, 82, of Chisholm Lane, Suffolk, died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home officiated by Suffragan Bishop Madison Copeland. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
