James Woodfin Hogan, 82, of Suffolk, died Nov. 14, 2015. A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery, 1421 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Don Milner officiating.
