Brandon and Anne Kelly of Ivor have announced the birth of their daughter, Emma Grace Kelly, on Oct. 22 at Sentara Obici Hospital.

Emma Grace was born weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long.

The proud grandparents are Lorrie and Tom McClenny and Linda and Clyde “Bucky” Kelly.
