The Windsor High School girls’ basketball team handed visiting Franklin High School a 36-21 defeat on Wednesday, recovering from a home loss on Monday to Southampton High School.

Kayce Gray led the Lady Dukes on Wednesday with 15 points to go with six rebounds and four steals. Andrea Magba also contributed 11 points and 14 rebounds.

On Monday, Windsor was leading Southampton throughout the game until two minutes remained in the fourth quarter. A couple of missed baskets and turnovers allowed the Lady Indians to pull ahead and win with a score of 52-48.

Gray contributed 26 points, while Magba had 13 points with 12 boards, three steals and two blocked shots.
